Ordered border fencing on Sunday 28 June. I have made 4 phone call plus sent 2 emails and guess what no reply. Gave up at today and contacted Master Card to request a refund.
I have never delt with a company since internet shopping took off as bad as Eckman. It's quite clear they hold no stock as when you read all these one star reviews.
Re ordered this product from another company today with delivery tomorrow.
I feel sorry for people who have paid by cheque as they stand no chance of getting there money back.
