Further to my earlier reviews. Despite being promised that Eckman would arrange to collect the faulty unit and deliver a good replacement unit this afternoon (Fri 17th July) Yodel turned up at 8:10 p.m. this evening and collected the faulty unit, but they did not have the replacement !
Unsurprisingly, Eckman have not been in touch to let me know what happens next. I might be willing to give them the benefit of any doubt if they would just be honest with me, but sadly that does not seem to be the way they work.
I really despair of this Company and have filed a complaint with Trading Standards.
