I only wish I had read these reviews before ordering from Eckman. I am in my 70th year and disabled so when I saw a LIGHTWEIGHT (3.8kg) 9 foot hedge trimmer I ordered it. I payed for express delivery, £7.99 and received standard delivery. I was refunded the difference. When the item arrived it was at least twice the weight stated. I have tried to contact the company 3 times by telephone, and have been unsuccessful and I have sent 1 e-mail again no response even though their web page says all e-mails will be answered within 24 hours. This company is the worst I have ever dealt with and I agree with several other reviews that it should be closed down.
