an update on my order. Paid Monday for Express delivery. Not arrived Wednesday so contacted customer service (what a joke). Took 12 minutes for them to answer then they couldn't give me any information except the system had logged my order for standard 5 day delivery. They couldn't do anything about it but should be with me this week. Asked for a call back from a senior manager, didn't get it. Rang back again took 15 minutes to answer and was told the order was with the carrier and should be with me Thursday or Friday and agreed to refund the £4 extra I had paid for Express. Asked to cancel the order but they couldn't as it had left the warehouse. Rang today, broke all records as it took 18 minutes to answer. Then was told that the order had gone to the carrier and it would take 5 working days to deliver so I could expect it Thursday of next week hopefully which is 11 days after paying for Express. What a joke. I intend to refuse delivery if it ever arrives and make a claim to Paypal . I will never consider dealing with this company again and would encourage everyone to avoid like the plague. I don't believe there is an Express delivery service and its just a con to get customers to pay extra. Keep away.
