We also ordered a chainsaw/hedgecutter, it was too small so ordered a telescopic saw/hedgecutter,we rang for them to pickup item it was almost 3months so we rang to say that we would be charging for storage on a daily basis, if they didnt come out to collect it,they did in a couple of days
It didnt finish there though,when the bank statement arrived,the payment was for another company in the US A for an health clinic so our credit card company stopped it
We wouldnt use this company again ever
