Ordered 3 trees then saw the reviews and was horrified. However, they turned up today (Thursday) having ordered on Monday, which is really pretty good. Item well boxed and look fine, hopefully they'll note grow well! Clearly this number of negative reviews can't be wrong, but my experience was good.
