My leaf blower went wrong , so Eckman quickly had it picked up and promised a replacement. A month later I’d heard nothing so I emailed them. They didn’t seem to know anything about it and asked for the couriers tracking number. I sent this and once received they said they’d send a replacement ASAP. 2 weeks later , still nothing , so I’ve given them until Monday to replace or I want a refund. However, judging by some of the reviews , I don’t hold out much hope of either!
