I bought one of their 9ft 2in telescopic hedge trimmers just over two years ago and the handle that you use to extend and retract the telescopic arm just keeps turning and won't fix the arm in any one place so that it doesn't move. It was good whilst it worked properly but I've only used it maybe 3 or 4 times in the 2 years that I've had it.
So I'm now left with an extendable hedge trimmer that I can't extend, as I've contacted customer services and they don't do any replacement parts.
