Solar lights arrived broken, returned them same day asking for refund. Received email saying replacement goods on the way, 3 days after the returns dept signed for returned goods and after sending copy of returns note by email to Lisa in Eckman customer "care" asking for refund. No response.
Telephoned customer care and was cut off. Phoned again and spoke to Sales. Was told delivery by Yodel cancelled and there would be refund .
Yesterday Yodel tried to deliver the lights I did not want which were supposed to have been cancelled.
I have sent another email asking them to refund and had not accepted replacement delivery.
Like others no responses to all emails and have now decided if I am not contacted within a couple of days I will contact Trading Standards
And surprise surprise no refund in my bank yet.
What abominable customer service.
