Form my previous uncompleted post. I am in the process of trying to get an order I placed with this shambles of a company so this post will be short for now but, I will update it after Friday 4th November 2016. To cut a long story short, placed an order with this company mid to early September, to date I have only received two small parts which without the parts they fit on to are useless (enclosed paperwork with the items received stated x2 of one item and x1 of an other, there was only 2 items received?). After various e'mails stating items despatched etc. all I have received is said items above. My latest telephone call was circa Thursday 27th October 2016, I was advised, again! That my order had been despatched and to expect delivery within 3-5 working days, I am waiting till tomorrow Friday 4th November to see if it arrives and if it will be complete? Looking at this site I do not hold out much hope, wish I had seen this site beforehand, I would not have went near them! My next step(s) WILL BE Trading Standards and Solicitor/Courts. I urge all of you have been unfortunate to deal with this company and who have outstanding issues, to do the same, "Stronger Together"!
