What went right? I would strongly advise potential customers not to use Eckmans. We have had two faulty products within 12 months and they have refused to refund our money. Customer service is non existent and you may not be aware that because you are purchasing via a 3rd party Pers Choice and not direct with Eckman your credit card company will not pay up. I quote: unfortunately payments made via a 3rd party do not establish a valid ,debtor-creditor supplier, agreement under Section 75 which means that we are not in a position to accept your claim.
