I purchased a 2 in 1 hedge trimmer which broke within 6 weeks.
Eckman replaced it and the same thing happened again.
I returned the item and requested a refund.
It is now over 6 weeks and despite numerous phone calls the refund has not been forthcoming. Just received an email to say that they are sending a replacement!
I want a REFUND not a replacement. Dreadful customer service!!!
