Told delivery within a week, after email notification. 26.11 No email but main item (only) on step. Contained note claiming to include both items. I phoned yet again. Told missing mirror and free gifts would be sent witin 10 days. HAH! You also claim to email immediately if anything is out of stock. You have done nothing. I have had to keep chasing you. Service "very poor"? No, "bloody awful".
