Ordered goods on 3rd December 2014, Eckman sent email acknowledging order, took money from credit card account on 4th December. Managed to get through on telephone before Christmas to ask why no goods received - told part of order out of stock, some would be sent immediately. 16th Jan 2015 - still nothing received! telephone calls are diverted to Customer service who do not answer. They do not reply to emails at all - the website says "they will be answered within 24 hours of receipt". Next step - court.
