placed an order 21048 on 8/1/2015 for multitool £253 after repeated phone calls waiting for ages being told customer services closed for training!! being told goods despatched day before subsequently told not yet despatched as of 21/1/2015 all e,mails requesting information ignored. Told waiting tracking information from courier company.
