I placed an order (18915) for a leaf blower EKELVV2 and Collection Bag EKELV2B on the 31/11/0214 and like everyone else who has posted a review about Eckman, was told items were out of stock. I emailed Eckman and they replied saying that the bags would be delivered mid Dec 2014 and the leaf blower mid Jan 2015. I called customer services and got no reply. On the 19/01/2015 I called your 02034550497 number and after 15 mins of being put on hold, I was put through to one of your Customer Service team who told me that both items were being dispatched that evening. On 26/01/2015 I called again and was told that there had been a problem with the Courier and the items will be with me on Jan 28th, and guess what nothing arrived! So today 02/02/2015 I phoned Eckman and was told that my order had been dispatched on the 31/01/2015, which I find very confusing because I was told twice that the order had been dispatched on Jan 19th. I told your Customer Service rep that I know longer wanted the items and wanted to cancel the order because I have been given excuses excuses about the delivery of the items I have ordered. Your Customer Service rep said that they could not cancel the order and I would have to send the items back once they have arrived for a refund.
