Finally received a full refund and £10.00 towards to cost of postage for returning my faulty long reach hedge trimmers.
The customer service you receive from this company really depends on who you get when they answer the phone! I spoke to Sam on 0203 455 0497 and he couldn't have been more helpful. They also seem to answer this number very quickly. This still doesn't mean I would ever buy from this company again.
