Purchased a 4 stroke multi-tool, the "saftey" guard ripped apart on 1st use throwing debris accross the garden at great force, lucky the kids were in the house. Returned the item as faulty for a full refund which was promised in 3-5 days - 13 days later I am having to try to get a charge back because Eckman have STILL NOT given the money back and are not responding to eamils
