Ordered timber from this company to the value of £160 and upon doing job noticed that several lengths of wood were split & unusuable. After telephoning the company on a premiun rate line ! I was advised that I would have to log onto their website to raise a support ticket no first !! After this palava I was advised that because I hadn't taken any pictures of the wood split that I was only entitled to a credit on their website for future purchases. Due to the expensive delivery charges it is not worth ordering anything ! Would I use this company again DEFINITELY NOT !
