Your delivery driver just dumped the pergola in my front garden and didn't let me know that it had been delivered. We were all in at the time but he didn't have the decency to even knock on the door to allow us to check if anything was missing. Also there is no fixing for fixing the post holders down onto the deck. For the money I have paid for this product I can honestly say that I wouldn't recommend your company to anyone else!
