£250 direct debit only using £115
Spoke to two customer service agents, accounts are obviously offshore in India. First agent English very poor, second one fave me very poor information tried to tell me I wasn’t on Evonony 7 yet my bill stated I was. Call lasted 25 minutes no refund, no reduction in Direct Debit, lost connection. Time I am never going to get back,
