Proof that the world is going bonkers. This week EDF informed me that I'd won a "top fan badge" for the number of my communications with the company. Trouble is they'd failed to notice that all these communications were angry emails from me about my recently installed smart meter which isn't sending readings and the fact that after they installed it they knocked out my two storage heaters. I'm still emailing them and getting vague promises from different people who keep asking me the same questions. Do EDF have a deliberate policy of trying to wind their customers up?
