AVOID AT ALL COSTS terrible customer service, they changed my gas to smart meter, but the engineer said he didn't have the time to do my electric, left no information about paying and that they will rebook for electric, that was 6 months ago, I've now had electric changed over. Still can't top up gas and have received a massive bill. They cut of my gas last Wednesday even after me paying the bill they sent me, someone was ment to come out yesterday and never showed up, now unable to get hold of anyone, so have no gas still with a young child in the house. Absolutely disgusting service
