Awful rates we have been signed into a new contract with them from July 23 through a broker called Bionic who have mislead us into signing a DIFY contract which gave them the right to auto renew us at an extortionate rate. EDF won't help, Bionic aren't responding to my emails. Total scam. This has only come to light after a bill in excess of £7000. And to get out of the contract EDF want over £7000. We are being crippled. Do something about this EDF you shouldn't be allowed to do this to people. You need to look into how Bionic are signing people in and question this.
