Bills seem very incorrect and they can’t justify or get smart meters to read and taken thousands out of account when supposed to take true amount not guesstimated amounts. Homeowner died and have been tried so badly. They keep closing complaint so been to ombudsman 3 times and upheld even paying closing bills have been so draining. Just got told by EDF staff ‘don’t start with me’ . The worst company I have dealt with ever. Horrific customer services and extortionate costs.
