I will never deal with EDF again. I have been trying to resolve a number of issues with them over the past 3 months and have been messed around and ignored repeatedly. Yesterday I spent nearly 2 hours on hold, after being promised a response within 2 minutes, and when it got to 5pm the line just cut off. Appalling experience.
