If I could put zero stars I most definitely would. THE worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with.
Refund me after I closed my account, due to switching to another supplier. Then bill me to say my account is in debt. I sent an email question this, only to get an email back saying that I actually owed more than 3 times that amount, but not to worry I could pay in instalments.
Rang customer services who are currently working from home, I could hardly understand a word the guy was saying, to then be transferred to another operator who then told me that I couldn’t pay in instalments and that I owed more than 3 times less (at this point my anxiety is through the roof) he then told me that he would see if he could work something out and get back to me. That was 2 weeks ago, and I’ve heard nothing, consequently I’ve paid the bill!
