We have solar panels. So EDF are supposed to pay us for the electricity generation. 3 quarters ago they changed their back end systems. Now nothing works. Can't register the generation meter reading online. Need phone up. Took more than an hour. Then was told they would pay in 5 working days. Here we are 3 weeks later no money. Each time I phone I get a different excuse. Still not been paid. This is the third quarter in a row now it's been like this. Before the system changes everything worked fine. Prime example of if it is not broke don't fix it.
