Edf energy took money out my account with no notification nothing .phoned up 4 times now to get this money back then I said they are refunding the money I am in credit with not the money they took without asking there customer service is joke get told one thing then somebody else tells you something else .now been told I have to wait ten working days in which time they will get another payment.in total they would have had 3 payments in a month & I am struggling to get money back off them .I have 2 children this money is needed .wish I had never swapped to them now .meant to be ringing me back everyday but I have to ring them still no further .get told they can do a Bacs payment then get told they can't got to wait ten working days.i am leaving them as soon as possible
