I was previously an EDF Energy customer and when I left a property I was owed a refund which I have never received. I complained at the time and my complaint was not acknowledged. From others reviews I am not alone and I think it’s utterly unacceptable to not pay customers their own money back. Customers should not have to chase for refunds and just have to leave it due to being ignored nor should anyone have to resort to other means such as small claims court to recover their refunds. I have contacted EDF Energy about this matter even with the time lapse and await a response from them.
