You cancelled my appointment and did not notify me. I had cancelled my other work to stay at home for your engineer to come and fit the meter between 12-4. I phoned at 4.15 and was told to hang on for answer, 15 minutes later only to be told it was cancelled due to emergency and rebooked for 8April without asking me if it is ok.
