My lovely fiancé purchased my ring here and when it came it was with the traditional prongs, but I wanted the claw prongs that the stock ring had but I did not express this to them at that time as I didn't realize they had to make the prongs and that is part of setting the stone. They were able to switch it to the claw like prongs in a jiffy which shows they really treat their customer service as a top priority. Helped us pick out the right band, and stone, and they guaranteed the prongs would be switched out in a timely fashion. I don't know the goldsmith’s or the setters name or the other people who helped but they were also great. I love the product and am glad they really care about the wants of their clients.
