I'm actually embarrassed to be a customer of ee fooling for the trap of being a valued customer that is forgotten about once the contract is signed. So should anybody that works for this incompetent joke of a company. The leading network? Leading in what customer complaints, I have spent the past few months trying to resolve issues with everything that ee has provided me with or with the things they haven't like a genuinely good service that I pay for. I have 2 phones a tablet just got rid of my broadband TV and line rental from them, the tablet is useless so slow freezes with constant issues I've had it repaired and replaced only to have the same issues, one phone is in for repair and has been for over the specified time scale with no updates as they had the wrong contact details my replacement phone is an £11 samsung flip that has constant network issues, my other phone is under diagnoses due to dropped calls and poor signal which has been the case for months now and my broadband and TV package had constant signal issues which when diagnosed was put down to a cable being in the wrong place only to move it to the right place and continue to have the same problem, valued customer 5 services with nothing but problems and as for there customer service wow I'll leave that to your imagination as I don't have enough space and time to write about these poor experience s also.
