EE have stolen my money. During Lockdown I have a phone in my car glove box purely to use for emergencies. Needless to say I am not using my car at the moment. Today I tried to use the phone only to find EE have removed the money I had as top up. I had no warning of this. I am so annoyed. You are supposed to be concerned about your users during this pandemic not ready to exploit the situation.
