Thieving scum. Avoid this circus of company!!! I placed a complaint In October and I've had to go to the ombudsmen in order to make any progress. Their complaints department is full of iliterate clowns who have trouble reading or even providing a response that shows or demonstrates, they have an understanding of the hell a complaint is. They also have some of the most incompetent managers I have ever come across in my life. You'd have a better conversation talking to a wild raccoon than with these idiots. Its shame I had to give a star because they deserve nothing. EE if you ever see this I want you to know from the bottom of my heart that you are SCUM along with the imbeciles I have spoken to in your complaints department.
