Hateful horrible spiteful dishonest and unprofessional. If you want a nervous breakdown, choose EE. The promised service was so terrible it barely worked. So bad the mobile service, my bank was unable to send me texts. They put my number in the telephone directory, despite my ex directory request. They then refused to remove it. They took direct debits which were never set up. They offered me derisory compensation, including refund of the direct debit, which I reluctantly accepted. They then ignored my reply. Then, after emailing endlessly, they sent me an email saying it was time it was sorted out!!!! I agreed the terms again. The next day they withdrew the offer because I wasn't being amicable about it!!!! and told me to go to the ombudsman. They are a disgusting bunch, shameful and unprofessional. If you want misery, get EE because that is all you will get!!!! Honestly they could drive you to a nervous breakdown... and don't expect the broadband and mobile to actually work because that is never going to happen. They could not care less and enjoy making their customers miserable. Don't get caught!!!!
