Cutting a long story short EE cancelled my SIM in (human) error. This means my phone was a brick whilst one week into a two week holiday in Portugal.
So now they have an unhappy customer who can't use their service (and I have a large business to run).
The madness of their customer service is they are completely restricted on the resolutions they can provide including not being able to send SIMs anywhere but within the UK.
The only thing they could do was offer me a £70 credit which is more money than it would cost to send me a new SIM in Portugal.
So now they have an unhappy customer and they're out of pocket...
