THE worst customer service I have ever received by some the rudest and most incompetent teams of people, from customer services through to tech (especially tech) over 22 months of an excruciating 24 month contract after being sold a phone that functionally didn't work and overheated within two months! After 14 years of loyalty to a brand that EE so quickly ruined, I'll be cancelling all 5 of my lines at the end of term and am furious by the lack of ability to complete repairs, follow up on complaints or even take notes of a call correctly, resulting in you basically calling me a liar and my problem continuously fobbed off and unresolved and me not having a handset for at least 14 out of 24 months. Absolutely no care given to consumer rights once you have singed that contract! Biggest waste of money and most stressful and miserable 2 years! Honestly would rather pay more (not that EE aren't overpriced as it) with any other company than have to deal with these useless idiots again!
