Upgraded online, was told I'd receive my Samsung 21 Ultra within 24h, it's been a week. No updates, no reasons as to why it's not arrived, no attempts at customer service. To the passive aggressive reply I will inevitably receive : the damage has been done, if I provide you with my order number I will just be given the generic answer "it will arrive in 7 - 14 days time, due to supply issues" seeing other people's comments you were aware of these issues before I ordered the phone but made no attempt to warn me, or update me of these issues.
