I have 2 sim's with ee one main sim and another which shares the main's data, I upgraded my main sim, the assistant told me my other shared sim would still work as it is I made sure he checked this as I didn't want to upgrade this one and don't want the new data gifting option where you have to transfer data each month. So now the sharer sim doesn't work and they tell me i have to upgrade it as well, very disappointed with e service I received some of the reps when I talked to offer little apology or understanding and just say I need to upgrade and when asked to speak to manager he puts me on hold and transfers me to a random office at ee who were surprised to receive the call and couldn't transfer me back but just to say call back even though it takes ages to get through to someone,
