You have had a screenshot of my bank account showing my payment to you on the 20th September and now I've received a message telling me I'm in arrears. Your Customer complaints department are useless as well.
You can clear my Account and offer me a credit as compensation. I will continue to write bad reviews about your Company. Every month there is a problem with my account.
