I was with EE for 6+ years. The coverage is good, I used my mobile phone all over the world with no problems. The reason for one star is that despite me being a loyal business and personal customer, they charged me a lot of money when my contract ended, despite me upgrading with them. I placed the order to upgrade in the EE app. I noticed they tried to call me a couple of times, but the number told me not to ring them back. One months later I have no upgrade and I've been charged for my old contract. I could've been convinced to stay but for the argumentative and rude customer service representative who told me I was in the wrong. He did not care a jot that I left. Not having the time to argue I have switched myself and my business to another provider. Terrible customer services, and such a shame.
