I have been on the phone from the U.S. for HOURS trying to cancel my mini wifi service. I only needed it for a week I was in the UK. I was told at the EE store that I could cancel at the end of the week but the customer service keeps putting me on hold and transferring me to so many different people, and the calls are costing me a lot of money.
