Took over 4 weeks to deliver the phone that was meant to be next day delivery which must be a record. The phone was in stock and there should of been no issues. Now not happy to stay with them as ot too such a long time to resolve the deliver but jiw say I'm past my 14 day cooling off period, but sure I was told that until the dispute was settled the 14 day cooling off period would not start. Now going to start legal action against this Company after being pffer a ridiculous £40 compensation.
