Totally inept and money grubbing. Gone to upgrade my phone 300+ days after it was due. Tried to order the phone I wanted. EE have it in stock (so they say) but when you try to order it you get 'we haven't a plan package for this phone' choose something else. Went on to the next option (more expensive of course!) but discount code failed to function. Spoke to EE150 and got nothing but apologies and hand wringing (no power to resolve issues). Finally told to order at full price and then we'll apply the code - they lied! Oh no we can't do that, you can have a discount at much less than your code or cancel the order. This phone is running out rapidly options reducing daily. We'll look into it and reply in 72 hours by which time phones may easily have run out. Been a customer for 23 years and I'm quite convinced EE don't give a fig for customer loyalty or good service. Attitude is 'Hobsons Choice' - take it or leave it.
