I like to give good feedback and praise where possible.
With EE I just can't. I've just spend hours trying to resolve an issue and then looked at how to cancel as I'm getting ZERO reception on a 4G sim. Several calls and I've tried to work with technical, new replacement sim, technical community. everything
I get 0.01mgb with EE sim some flashes of 8mg for about 10 seconds. Then I added a giffgaff sim and boom I'm fine and 30+mgb.
Spoke to about 10 people including technical at EE. Feel completely unvalued. Tried to cancel quoting clauses in their own T&Cs to then be told its not to their policy, which I don't have access to. Oh great. thanks . To leave is £390 I offered to pay half. they refused.
In stead I will be going to the financial ombudsman.
this is great support for a small company. EE will never be recommended by myself to anyone. Terrible service.
