I thought EE was the top mobile phone company but now I doubt it is. Was a little late paying my bill but still paid it. Got a final demand letter after paying it so rang them to let them know it had been paid. They then had the cheek to say they had taken the payments as a deposit and they would pay it back after 6 months. I said can't you just take it off the bill and they said no. Soon changed their minds though when threaten with legal action. Then all of a sudden I was a loyal customer !
Disgraceful behaviour for a company that believes its the best.
