Rang three weeks ago because for some unknown reason was unable to download a particular month invoice! First time this had happened, I need the invoices for my business. Rang, on hold, eventually reached someone, on hold and then we’ll email the invoice. Never arrived, so again I have had to repeat all the painfully long procedure as above to be EVENTUALLY told we can’t email invoices we have to send them through the post! If they had done this when I first rang?? What is going on for god sake!!!!
