Ee done nothing but lie to me from the second I took out the contract. I was told I had a fully capped contract for £19.99 a month, 1000 minutes and it turned out I only had 500 so I had sent over with no warning and my first bill was £40. I was told that I could move the phone intpy partners name on 3 month of having the phone but that was also a lie. I was also told that my area coverage was 4g but had no signal at all in my home so had to leave and wall up the street to even use the phone most times. 4 month in I have decided to leave ee for all the lies and trouble they have caused. When I rang up I was told to send the contract I would have to return to the store, this was also a lie too, so I wasted an entire day trying to return my phone and looked like an idiot when the people on the phone could have ended it there and then. 8 month in and it is finally sorted and they have the phone back. Nothing but trouble! Stay away!!!
