I am UTTERLY DISGUSTED with the "service" provided! I have been with orange as a pay as you go customer for nearly 10 years now. I have been having major issues regarding the service and package they are supposed to provide me with since January 2016, as well as some separate incidents in the years prior. I have written emails, Facebook posts and been on the phone for hours on end; for example, tonight I have been on the phone since 18:30 - it is now 20:21. I have been hung up on SIX times!!!!!
I work in customer services and I am OUTRAGED by this so called "service"!! They seem to think because I'm not a customer on a contract so I'm not important since they can't scam me out of more of my money!!!! Orange have literally stolen about £100 from me in the last six months!!!! How did they want to compensate me you ask?!?!?!?! Move my number to EE and give me 1GB of free data...WHICH I AM SUPPOSED TO GET FOR FREE ANYWAY WHEN I TOP UP BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED FOR THE LAST SIX MONTHS!!!!!
Oh and not only that...I then go and spend my HARD EARNED MONEY to buy an added extra of 1GB of data to last me a month and what happens you ask?!?!?!?! IT IS WIPED FROM MY PHONE WITHIN A MATTER OF MINUTES!!!!! ALONG WITH THE REST OF THE REMAINING CREDIT ON MY PHONE!!!!!
I AM FURIOUS!!!!!!!! I would not recommend this stress, frustration, hassle, appalling "service" to anyone!
